Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at orders@mudthrowers.com immediately. Please include your name and Order ID number. If we are unable to cancel your order because it has already been shipped, you may return it using the refund policy procedure below. Payment for any order cancelled prior to shipment will be refunded in the full amount.

Prices

Our company philosophy is to bring you only the best products at the lowest possible pricing. If you see an offer advertised on another site that is lower price than any of the products you find here, we would like the opportunity to beat that price. This offer means the Total Cost (Product + Shipping Costs). This is does not include "local pickups" of other stores that do not include shipping. Also this offer excludes auction items, such as those found on eBay, or other online auctions. Click here to submit a product you found on another site! We will respond via email!

We try our hardest to not make mistakes, but occasionally typographical errors happen. Therefore, we reserve the right to change our pricing at anytime.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us! If you choose to provide us with personal information by sending an email, or by filling out a form with your personal information and submitting it through our web site, we use that information to respond to your message and to help us provide you with information or products that you requested. If provided, personally identifiable information is maintained in a database that is regularly purged. If you order products through our web site, third party contractors may have access to this information only to process your order efficiently. These contractors are held to strict policies to safeguard the information.

We absolutely do not give, share, sell, or transfer any personal information to non-contracted third parties or other organizations unless required by law. We dislike spam as much as you do!

Product Availability

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 days business days. Occasionally, some items may be out of stock, backordered, or discontinued. In the event that any part of your order can not be delivered, we will attempt to notify you within a reasonable amount of time. If we cannot contact you, we will automatically refund you for the full amount on any item that cannot be delivered.

Returns / Refunds

If you receive a product that is damaged from shipping, has missing parts, or does not fit your application, please contact us to arrange immediate replacement.

All returns/refunds are to be requested within 30 days of the buyer receiving the shipment. A return authorization number is required. You may email orders@mudthrowers.com or call 785-456-9025 to obtain an authorization number. Store hours are M-F 9:00 am to 7:00 pm CST.

All returns, other than damaged or defective products, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued only for products that are in new condition, in original packaging, and have not been installed. Items must be returned with all accessories, guarantees, and instructions. Returns must be shipped prepaid. All COD's will be refused. Returns are not accepted on used items that have been damaged due to neglect or abuse by the end user.

Please consult your owner's manuals, original equipment manufacturer and/or the actual product prior to purchase. Due to the nature of our products and the wide line of applications on the market today, we cannot guarantee product fitment for each specific application. If you see an error, let us know!

Shipping Delivery

All orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground Services. Most orders are delivered with 3 to 4 business days, but please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery. Shipping charges are estimated at the time the order is placed. If additional freight charges are required, we will obtain your approval prior to shipping any item.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are for the lower 48 States only! Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada do not apply. We reserve the right to add any additional shipping charges. International orders to Canada only are accepted, however additional shipping charges and any export taxes incurred will added to orders received. Warranty

We strive to sell only the highest quality products on the market today. All products sold by Mud-Throwers are covered by the manufacturer's original warranty, if such warranty exists. We will assist with submitting a claim and replacing defective equipment whenever possible, within the guidelines specified by the manufacturer. Mud-Throwers.com is not responsible for any damages due to neglect or abuse, installation or removal fees, or freight associated with the failure of any product by the end user. We will however work with you, within our best ability, to resolve any problems you may have!
